At Mindful Wellness and Therapy, you'll find a nonjudgmental and safe space to start your journey towards thriving in life. I honor you, my client, as the expert in your life and will work collaboratively with you in our time together. We'll identify your strengths and use them to help you live your best life.
I have experience in working with children, adults and families from diverse backgrounds. I've received training in different modalities of therapy and use them eclectically to best fit my client's needs. I use a mind-body approach in my work due to the strong connection between emotional/mental well-being and physical health. I enjoy providing safe spaces for individuals to build community and foster a sense of belonging. I frequently host events on a variety of topics such as empowerment and mindfulness for individuals all across the lifespan.
